I’m Ashley, 23, from the Netherlands. I’m really passionate about social justice and making the world a better place. I’ve been learning so much about intersectionality and privilege, and I realised that as a white woman I have a lot of work to do to deconstruct my internal biases.
I believe that diversity is our greatest strength. Some people say you should use your voice, but I think it’s more powerful to do and act.
